Less Carbon - Double the Fun: International Forum for Building the Low Carbon Future of Tourism

The Forum 'Less Carbon - Double the Fun' empowers innovative ideas that make the low carbon experiences attractive for travellers and provide business value for the companies. The Forum includes inspiring speakers, a co-creation workshop and plenty of networking opportunities. Taking place on 22 September 2026, the event will bring like-minded destinations and tourism stakeholders to Tampere, the 2026 European Capital of Smart Tourism. 

The programme of the event will focus on low-carbon tourism and slow travel, featuring company cases from the Baltic Sea Region, as well as a hands-on workshop on possibilities and challenges for low carbon travel.
