Lviv - shortlisted in the 2025 European Capital of Smart Tourism Competition

Lviv continues the restoration efforts at landmarks such as the Armenian Cathedral and Lychakiv Cemetery, ensuring the preservation of vital historical sites. The city's official tourism website, lviv.travel, offers a multilingual experience, while virtual and augmented reality experiences, along with QR codes at tourist sites, enrich the visitor journey. The city’s robust digital transformation strategy, supported by initiatives such as the Digital Transformation Programme 2021-2025, positions Lviv as a forward-thinking destination that integrates technology into every aspect of city life.
