On 10 and 11 April 2024, the European Smart Tourism Secretariat team hosted two online sessions for applicant cities, to guide them through the process of creating a successful application for the European Capital and Green Pioneer of Smart Tourism 2025 competitions respectively. During the sessions, we discussed application expectations, the evaluation methodology and tips to get ready. This year’s winners, Dublin (Ireland) and Grosseto (Italy) were present to share their experience and insights!
